I want here to share the experience of the platform and ideas how to improve it if necessary.
During Unconference I ran a seminar about Gamification and ideas if it can/need to be used on the platform.
We discussed how we use the platform, what are our experiences with it. There were only four of us, so I don’t think we were able to point everything that can be said.
Our findings during the discussion were:
- All of us use mailing system and rarely login to the platform.
- The information on the platform is too much in your face, so it takes quite some time to get used to it, unless you give up altogether. That is the main reason for number 1 finding.
One of the solutions we came up was to create and intro, that shows the newcomer around.
