Sorry for not being available for the call - I was at class that was supposed to finish by 14h30 of the local time and I didnĀ“t want to promise anything impossibleā¦ In the end we were rehearsing even longer. I can imagine you had a great discussion. I read the email and I will try to contribute as much as I can in upcoming hours

REFLECTIONS on application
Soooo we sent the application! Yey! @all and especially @GavinWood @MarinaKy14 @soly @Kkekkas @Highfather @lydiamanitsidou @natalia_skoczylas @matteo_uguzzoni: Letās share what went well and what we want to do even better next time (I confess, I believe in feedback and progress. And if its too personal, of course PM):
- It was great how everybody kept jumping in, helped wherever needed.
- I am amazed how quickly we were able to write everything - having a big strong team and amazing supporters is priceless.
- All the big and small messages were helpful. Also a āCan I help?ā or āall good?ā is great!
- The platform is very useful for writing group-messages (instead of writing emails).
- Obviously having more time would have been better
- Next time I would like to use something safer than gdoc or gdrive, even though they are so convenient.
LEARNINGS
- Being inclusive also means creating small documents - so also people with slow connection can download the document.
Especially the last one was a big insight for me.

Sorry guys for totally missing all this application prep. Well done, the proposal with the OH-OH game looks great, fingers crossed. If everything works out and the application is accepted, then Iām very up for helping out with any remote prep that might be needed. Will try to keep up better with my TiP notifications! L x

Thank you @Sa.rah for all the effort you put into the proposals these last few days!
and I loved the way you constantly included us in the process / communication. It is not obvious how to handle collaboration in such a tight schedule.
I am also glad that during the training in Athens we asked ourselves so many questions while designing and testing Oh-Oh. Eventually, it made it easier for as to fill the application cause we had thought through many aspects.
Hope it goes well but as we discussed already, it is a learning experience and this process will not go to waste!
