Hello Urban Game designers!
MICA, Maryland Institute College of Art, just released the call for their Game Designer in Residence program.
It’s a one year position to come to the MICA Game Lab, teach and develop a personal project, so far has been one of the most important experience of my life (I was the Game Designer in Residence in 2018/2019).
I strongly suggest you to apply if you are interested in teaching and if you want some time to go deep on one game/topic/project that has been waiting for some love.
MICA is a very strong community, with lot of talents from all over the globe and an holistic approach to art.
Plus you will live in Baltimore (US), a very artsy and alive city, where public space is at the center of a lot of conversations, and everybody has a cheerful attitude (it’s called the Charm City).
