@Matoula_Koutsari is the call open only to groups that are in the Balkan states? Or it’s open also to people that come from other nations? Or mixed teams?
I see that the call is welcoming Teams from Albania, Bosnia und Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Slovenia and Serbia.

I had an email with Thomas Schnabel from the Institute Francais and here is the reply
“Independently of team members nationalities, the applying teams and.or companies should be based in the states listed in the call.”
so if you are able to work together with someone local it’s a good opportunity, thanks for sharing!
