I am a curator, producer and project manager in the field of performing arts, with a focus on production and programming of contemporary theatre and dance, multidisciplinary events, participatory projects, urban and site-specific intervention and international collaborations. After a degree in DAMS Theatre Studies in Bologna University, I obtained a Master degree in Contemporary Performance at Brunel University (London). I started creating my performances and collaborating as performer in different artistic projects, while working also as producer for SPILL Festival of Performance/London (2007-2009) and for Reloading Images/Berlin (2009-2011). In 2011 I started my collaboration with Pergine Spettacolo Aperto/Pergine Festival where in 2012 I initiated OPEN // CREAZIONE CONTEMPORANEA, a production platform for contemporary creation in the urban space. Since 2015 I has also been in charged of programming sections of the Festival, of the creative development of special projects, of international relations and EU projects. Between 2013 and 2016 I lived in Izmir, where I worked as a teacher and researcher in the field of performing arts at Yasar University. After returning to Italy, I co-directed the 2017 edition of Pergine Festival and since 2018 I am in charge of its artistic director.
